Are you passionate about education, love working with kids, and want to be part of something different? Our Society Learning Academy is hiring Learning Coaches — the heart and soul of our hybrid micro school model!

We’re building a new kind of learning experience across Florida — one that’s playful, powerful, and personal. As a Learning Coach, you’ll guide students through core academics and enrichment courses in a way that sparks curiosity, not burnout. We don’t do red tape — we do real learning with real-life impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• College students studying education or child development ✔️

• Experienced educators ready for something fresh ✔️

• Homeschool heroes with a passion for sharing knowledge ✔️

• Mentors, creatives, innovators, and champions of young minds ✔️

Whether you prefer working 1-on-1, leading group classes, teaching virtually, or supporting in-person pods — we’ll find the right fit for your strengths.

What You’ll Get:
